What is the purpose of AddOn User Provisioning?
Purpose
The purpose of the AddOn User Provisioning is to help the administrator in providing access to the various add-on features in ServQuick for other users. The administrator can have complete control on the usage of the features by other users.
Benefits
The administrator (Admin) can control which add-on features can be used by a particular user
The Admin can easily monitor the usage of the add-on features
Procedure
Step 1: Click on Settings
Step 2: Under Subscription, click on "AddOn User Provisioning"
Step 3: Once the screen is loaded, you can select a particular user and scroll right to view the add-on features list.
Step 4: To enable a feature, you can click on the white box and you will see a blue check mark. This means that the feature is enabled.
Step 5: To disable a feature, you will have to uncheck the box.
Step #6: Upon completion, click on Save. Your changes will be applied.
Conclusion:
By following the above steps, you will be able to access the Addon User Provisioning function in ServQuick. You will also be able to provide access for each user and for each feature using the Addon user provisioning function.
