Purpose
To view all the sale receipts that have been generated
To either refund the items to the customer or to generate an email copy or print copy of the receipts that are active
Benefits
The user can view all the receipts on a single screen
Convenient way of generating refunds and recording the same
Ease in generating emails and printing copies of receipts
Procedure
Step 1: Click on Sales and select Receipts to access the Receipt Entry Screen.
To refund a receipt
Step 2: Select the item(s) that you wish to refund, and click on Done upon completion.
Once you click "Done", the status of the receipt will be marked as "Refunded".
Step 2: Enter the valid email address where you wish to send the receipt and click on Done.
This will generate a printout of the receipt. You can save it on your system or connect directly with the printer to generate a printout.
Printing a Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT)
To generate the printout of KOT, click on "Print KOT" on the drop-down.
You can also generate the KOT and receipt simultaneously.
