What is the Purpose of User wise stock classification ?
This feature allows us to associate users or employees with certain stock or inventory types, allowing users to view only the stocks for which they have been granted permission.
Step 1: Select the Inventory module's More option and click on User Wise Stock Classification
Step 2: Based on your requirements, choose "Stock" and "Employee" as the criterion in the "Based on" option.
Step 3: Based on your needs, If you choose stock category from the list, then it will show stock type as "Trade," "Demo," "Assets," "Consumables," "Rental," or "Replacements."
Step 4 : Additionally, if you pick "Employee" as the Based on option, you will need to choose the specific employee whose status you want to change.
Step 5: You will see a User Id, User name, and Status column after choosing the appropriate Stock type.
Step 6: To save changes, select the status for each user as "Yes" or "No" as per your preference and click Update.

1) What are the details that cannot be edited after creating the user?
Answer - The Only detail which cannot be edited after creating the user is "User type" which determines whether the user is anywhere or node. To change the user type from Node user to Anywhere user or Vice Versa and the only possible solution is you need to inactivate the existing user and create new user with the Correct user type.
2) How to delete any user?
Answer - In order to delete the user, the status field of the user should be set as "Inactive".It won't delete the user permanently, but you won't be able to use the user anymore. If needed, it can be activated by changing the status as "Active" and used.
