How to review the HO Contact Merge Report
Follow the steps below to review the report:
Navigate to MDM > Contact Master Management > HO Contact Merge Report.
You can find complete details of each merge entry in this report.
Click the Merge ID number to view the detailed information related to that specific contact merge, including the source and merged contact details, user information, and merge date.
When you click on the Merge ID, the system will open the Contact Merge Info report.
In this report, you can view details such as the:
Merge ID
Outlet Name
Status
In the Status column:
C indicates the merge process is Completed
P indicates the merge process is Pending
This helps you track the merge progress at the outlet level and verify whether the merge has been successfully applied.
