1. How can I apply the price level to a special customer?
There are two provisions:
  1. Price Level (Generic)
  2. Using Customer Master

2. How can I apply the price level to a group of customers?
You can apply the price level to a group of customers using customer category Master.

3. What is the advantage of the configuration 'Take price level amount as item disc%'?
Enable the configuration to show the disc% offered to the customer in the bill print.

4. What is Apply from Price level Table then Price level Master?
If you have configured both 'Price level Vs Items' and 'Price Level Master', the Price level Vs Items is first applied and then price level from Master is applied.
Note: If you have not configured ' Price level Vs Items', price level is applied from Price Level master.

5. What is the advantage of mapping price levels in customer Master?
  1. You can map any of the price levels using Customer Master
  2. You can set the date validation for the price level after which the price level will not work
  3. You can apply the price levels directly in the billing screen
6. Can I set the time limit for a price level?
Yes. You can set the time validation in Customer Master.

7. How can I set a time limit for the price levels?
To set a time limit, follow the steps below.
  1. In the 'Date validation required' field, select the option Yes.
  2. Enter the dates in the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields.
8. I have set discount for a customer in Customer Master. I have also mapped a price level for the customer?. Which one is applied to the customer?
Both will be applied to the customer.
