How to allow rate edit for Particular Role in a Sales Bill?

Purpose:

These settings help us to control and manage rate mismatch between assigned selling rate and sold selling rate.

 Steps to allow rate edit for a particular role:

1.Go to Tools --> Configuration-->Security manager.

The security manager screen will be displayed.

2.Select the ‘Menu Configure’ button to open the menu configure screen for which retailer want to set restriction.

3. Select the ‘Custom settings’ against the Sales menu. It will show you the next level menu configure the setting.

4. Click the ‘Custom Setting’ for the sale bill menu.

You can configure 3 types of settings.

i) Function keys

ii) Screen Operations

iii) Configuration

5. Select Screen Operations out of those three (Function keys, Screen Operations, Configuration)

6. Search for Allow change selling price, disable that option and save the screen. You can set the password also, so that manager can enter the password and the user will continue billing.

7. Click on save.
