SalesMan Commission
SalesMan Commission
Introduction
Salesman commission refers to offering commission to the salesman in a store. To increase sales, this type of scheme is introduced among the salesmen. Usually, the commission is offered based on how much sales a particular salesman make i.e. the quantity of the items or the amount for which the items are sold in a specific time period.
Salesman commission can be applied to the regular sales made throughout the year or for seasonal sales such as sales in festival time, monthly offers, once in a year offer etc.
