Enable the Total value for columns in Reports Setting - Computation Data

To Add Total Values for columns in report setting -Computation Data

Purpose: We can add the columns in Computation Data so that we will check the total value in bottom of the column in reports
* The below process is the format for enabling the computation datas in reports. As an example we have prepared the same for "Billwise Itemwise Sales Details"

Step 1: Go to Reports --> Sales --> Sales --> Billwise Itemwise Sales Details


Step 2:Select a date by clicking Select PeriodSelect the Branch from the list. Multiple branch selection is also allowed. By default, it will take "All locations", and select apply button, by which data will be generated.


And data will be generated in the reports.


Step 3: 
Click on Settings --> Computation Data as like in below screenshot

Step 4: Search for the column name in search box and enable the checklist as like in below screenshot and
 Save the setting


Now you can check the reports and you will able to find the total value at the bottom of the column in that particular report.


To Enable Average Value in report settings 

Purpose – When the Average option is selected, the columns enabled under Computing Data will be displayed. You can enable only the required columns to view their average values.

Step 1: Go to Reports --> Sales --> Sales --> Billwise Itemwise Sales Details

And data will be generated in the reports.


Step 3: Click on Settings --> Computation Data as like in below screenshot


Step 4: Enable the column name which required as like in below screenshot and Save the setting



 Now you can check the reports and you will able to find the Average value at the bottom of the column in that particular report.
