TruePOS provides a Service User Consent feature that allows customers to grant temporary access to their domain for the support team.
Log in to TruePOS with an Admin or authorized employee account.
Navigate to Tools → More --> Service User Consent.

Enable the option “Allow Support Team to access TruePOS.”
Enter the access duration (minimum 1 hour, maximum 48 hours).
Click Get OTP.
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Click Verify to confirm and grant access.
