Purpose:Allows you to experience the following menus which helps the user to compile and run reports based on their requirements and at expected output.
1. Display - Where the user can enable/disable fields of the report based on their device optimization
2. Sorting - Sort columns based on Ascending or Descending order
3. Group By - help to group the data based on the column choose
4. Computing Data - Gives you the sum value for the column enabled
1. Display - Where the user can enable/disable fields of the report based on their device optimization.
Step 1: Generate the report which you want to change the settings. For Example, We are taking Daily Sales Bill No.wise report by following path: Reports-->Sales-->Sales-->Daily Sales Bill No.Wise Report.
Step 2: In the left Panel,You will be able to find the Settings icon as the Second icon. You can enable all the columns you want by clicking on Search columns. If you want to disable any column you can click on check box and disable.
Step 3: To make the column visible on your PC you can just enable the check box to view in PC
Step 4: To make the column visible in your Tablet you can just enable the check box to view in Tablet.
Step 5 : To make the column visible only in while exporting the report, you can enable the checkbox against the column, to view the column in exported report.
Sorting is nothing but you can sort based on ascending or descending order of alphabet or numeric column
Select the column name and choose the Type.
Step 6: You can edit column name and click on tick icon then the column name will be updated
Group By : Add column which wanted to be grouped-->save and run the reports

Step 7: Computation data -It is the sum of column you have enabled then click on Save
