How to Print Sales Bill in Retaileasyoncloud?
To Reprint the Bill from Sales bill screen itself
1.Go to SALES ->SALES BILL -> F7(VIEW) and select the bill, it will load in the sales screen.
2.Click on F8(PRINT) and click on ‘OK’ to print the bill.
Purpose of Clear Function key :
The Clear function key (F9 button) is used to is to remove all the Value from screen.
Purpose of Close Function Key:
The Close function key(F10 button) is used to exit from the specific screen.
How to Check MSP in the Sales Bill Screen
The Check MSP button in the Sales Bill screen is used to verify the Minimum Selling Price (MSP) of an item while billing.
Steps to Check MSP
- Go to Sales-->Sales bill screen
- And then Scan the Item Code or enter the code manually.Press Enter to load the item. Alternatively, select the item from the pop-up list.
- Once the item is loaded in the sales screen, press Ctrl + Shift + F9.

A pop-up window will appear displaying the Minimum Selling Price (MSP) of the selected item.
This allows the user to verify the MSP directly from the Sales Bill screen before completing the billing process.
How to Load GRN in sales screen?
Purpose: The Load GRN function key in the Sales screen is used to view and load the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) details of an item while preparing a sales bill.
