Sales Target vs Salesman

Purpose: The created sales targets can be assigned to salesmen, and we can configure the current year sales targets for each salesman by comparing them with last year's targets.

Menu Access: Go to "Sales" ->"More" ->"Sales Target vs sales Man".

Step 1: The created "Sales Target" will be displayed on the Sales Target vs. Salesman screen.
Click on "Map Sales Target."

Step 2:
*The sales target created from the dropdown will be listed here.
* We can map the "salesman" for the created sales target.
*Location information will be fetched from the sales target.
* The "Total outlet target" will be automatically fetched and displayed.

Step 3:  We can set the "Current year sales man Target" for the sales man by comparing the last year sales man target .
Overall, based on the "Current year sales man target" configured, the "Total Target" and "Assigned Target" will be cumulative of  Current year sales man target for the items.




Note: If the sales target was created based on items, the target must be set item-wise. If it was configured based on categories, then the target should be set for category. Here, because the target was created based on items, the options for selecting "category" and "brand" are disabled.

Step 4: After configuring all the details , Click on "Save" to add it.



Report : Go to Reports ->"My Report" ->"Sales Target Vs Sales man report"

The details of the configured sales target for the sales man will be shown in the report , By the Achieved target percentage we can able to check the sales man target achieved.






Go to Reports ->My Reports->" Sales_target_vs_salesman_date_wise_report"

By this report , we can identify the daily target achieved by the salesman , Attaching the screenshot of the report.
Step1: Go to Sales--> More--> Click Sales Target
Step2: Create Sales Target
Step3: Click Add new Target


Step 4: Click on "save
Step 5: We have to declare the Incentive by using on "Declare Incentive" option and configure it.

Step 6: Go to Sales--> More--> Click Sales Target vs Salesman
Step7: Map salesman & Assign target for the salesman


Step 8: Login using assigned username & Put sales bill for that user
Step 9: Now check in Salestarget Vs Salesman Datewise report.
