How to cancel the Sales order from in RPOS6?
Steps to cancel the Sales order from in RPOS6.
Step 1:
Click on Sales > sales order
Step 2:
Now press the "SO EDIT" in the Function key,
Step 3:
In Lov now the Old sales order will get displayed select the bill which needs to be edited.
Step 4:
Select the bill edit it and then press save Key
Step 5:
Now you will get a pop-up message of "If the customer wants to pay advance amount " if the yes press, yes and enter the amount of advance
Step 6:
Click on Sales > sales order
Step 7:
Now press the "So Cancel "in Function.
Step 8:
Select the So which need to be Cancelled
In the end, you will get a message like "Do you really want to cancel the SO " give yes to cancel the SO.
Step 9:
Press yes to cancel the Sales Order.
