How to grant Telephonic order access to users in ServQuick?

 

A restaurant can receive orders from various sources. Customers reach out to the contact number of the restaurant and place orders. Once you enable the telephonic order feature in ServQuick, the restaurant can process orders received through call.

 

Benefits:

 

  • It is one of the easiest ways to place orders. Customers can view the menu and call the restaurant to place orders

  • Not all customers of that locality will be able to order online. Those who have issues with internet connectivity or even people in remote areas can reach out to the restaurants through telephonic calls

 

How to grant telephonic order access to users?

 

Step 1:

 

In the home page, go to Settings --> Users and Permissions --> Users.

 

 

Step 2:

 

If you want to grant access to an existing user, select the user from the list and click on Edit.

 

 

If you want to add a new user and grant access to that user, click on Add user. To know more on how to add new users, click here.

 

 

Step 3:

 

In the Configurations section, enable the Access telephonic order option to grant access to the user.

 

 

Step 4:

 

Click on Update for the changes to be reflected.

 

 

Thus, the using the telephonic order feature in ServQuick, customers can place orders through the telephone, thereby helping the restaurant gain more orders.
