How to allow the user to provide extra Loyalty points to a customert?

Allow Customer Loyalty Points/Amount
Use configuration Allow Customer Loyalty Points/Amount to give additional loyalty Points/Amount to the customer while billing the tender screen in Bill Entry.

Steps for configuring Allow Customer Loyalty Points/Amount-
  1. Click Configuration Manager > Configuration or press Ctrl + Shift + O.
  2. The Business Configuration screen is displayed.



  3. In the Billing section scroll down to-
    25. Allow Extra Loyalty Points/Amount
    • Click drop-down icon or press F2 key, a list of Values screen is displayed. Select Yes.
  4. Click Save to save the configuration.
  5. Click Exit to close the screen.
Steps to check Allow Extra Loyalty Points/Amount.
  1. Click Sales > Bill Entry or press Ctrl + B.
  2. The Sales screen is displayed.
  3. Go ahead with Bill Entry steps.
  4. Press * for billing. A Loyalty Pts/Amt screen is displayed.



  5. In the Extra Loyalty Points/Amount field, enter the points. Press Yes.
    Note: The default Extra Loyalty Points/Amount is 20.
  6. Move ahead with Tender Screen billing steps.
