How to make and process a sales order and pick using GoSure StockPick?


MAKING A SALES ORDER FROM POS:

STEP : 1
  1. Go to Sales >> Sales Order

STEP : 2
  1. Select the customer
  2. Add the items mentioned by the customer
  3. You can also specify other details like delivery date and time
  4. Save the Sales Order

COVERTING A SALES ORDER TO A SALES BILL :


Once the picking is completed from the GoSure StockPick mobile application,you can directly convert the Sales order to a Sales bill.
STEP : 1
  1. Go to Sales >> Bill entry
  2. Search for the function key, "LOAD SO" (Ctrl F9)

STEP : 2
  1. Now all the Sales Orders made / received will be displayed.
  2. Select the order you wish to convert into a bill

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CONVERT A SALES ORDER TO A BILL BEFORE PICKING ?
  1. You cannot convert an unpicked sales order to a sales bill
  2.  You will receive a pop-up,"Stock not yet picked"
