How to Provide the role wise menu access permission
Purpose : To define the access rights and permissions to be given and to which part and functionalities can be used in the product
Step 1: To set the configuration for the security
Go to Settings-> Configuration->Security based on User or Role
Step 2: To create the Role
Go to Settings->Users & permissions->Roles
Step 3: Click on Add role to add the role
Step 4:
Enter the Name and description for the role
Define which part of the screen or functionality the role can access
Check / Uncheck the functionalities based on the role
Grant access to specific screens for the role and click on save
