Purpose :- The login page now has a password reset option for increased security. Before gaining access to the domain, users can safely reset their passwords on the dedicated reset page. By ensuring a strong authentication procedure, this improves account security in general.

 

Benefits :- There are two advantages to using the login page's password reset feature. In the first place, it improves security by giving users the ability to proactively reset their passwords, preventing unwanted access. It also offers an easy-to-use method for updating or recovering passwords, which helps to provide a safe and efficient authentication procedure. All things considered, the function improves user convenience and fortifies security.

Steps need to be followed :- 

Step 1 : Login with you servquick login credentials and would be redirected to reset your password

 

 

Step 2 : Enter your current password in the old password field only then the user is allowed enter the new password

 

 

 

Step 3 : Under New password field, please enter a new password with the followings,

• Use around 8 characters with combination of letters, numbers & symbols

• The password should contain both upper & lower cases

• The Old and New password should not be same

Examples : Pravin@123, admin.L@2020, DS-ad@89 etc..

 

 

Step 4 : Once the above fields are filled, click on update and you will be logged in to Servquick successfully
