Area/Beat Master

Area / Beat Master
  1. Go to Master > Area / Beat Master
  2. Left-hand side: can view Market Beat, Delivery Beat, Sales Beat and Sales Area
  3. Press F3 to create a new Area / Beat
  4. Enter the name of the Area / Beat (Mandatory)
  5. Enter City, State & Pin (Optional)
  6. Press F6 to save the Area / Beat
Mapping an Area / Beat to a Customer
  1. Go to Customer Master
  2. Select the customer and press F4 to modify
  3. Set the Sales area, Market, Sales Beat and Delivery Beat options by selecting them from the drop-down menu
  4. To create a new area/beat from the customer master itself, click the new button next to the respective setting of the customer.
  5. Press F6 to save the customer
Reports
      Reports > Sales > Area > Area - Cumulative Sales
