How to check the Report of Damage and Wastage products?

How to check the Report of Damage and Wastage products?

The details report for Damage and Wastage items are obtained through -
  • Wastage - Item wise Detailed.
  • Wastage - Category Wise Summary
The steps for checking the Report for Wastage - Item wise Detailed are given below -
  1. Click Reports > Inventory > Wastage > Wastage - Item wise Detailed.
  2. The Data Filter screen is displayed.



  3. Click Go or press F2.
    Note:     You can also get the reports details on filtering the data by -
    • Number of Day.
    • Month.
    • Date: From to To date.
  4. The Report Filter screen is displayed.



  5. In the Report Filter screen -
    • In the Company Details field, select the company name.
    • In the Division Details field, select the division name.
    • In the Location Details field, select the location name.
    • In the Item Details field, select the Item name.
    • In the Distributor Details field, select the distributor name.
    • In the Wastage Type field, select the wastage type.
  6. Click Apply or press F2 key.
  7. The Wastage - Item wise Detailed report screen is displayed.



  8. Press Esc key to close the screen.
  9. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.

The steps for checking the Report for Wastage - Category wise Summary are given below -
  1. Click Report > Inventory > Wastage > Wastage - Category Wise Summary.
    Note: Please follow the same steps from step 1-6 as shown for Wastage - Category Wise Summary report.
  2. The Wastage - Category Wise Summary report screen is displayed.



  3. Press Esc key to close the screen.
  4. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
