Conversion Selling Rate support for GoBill Mobile

Purpose:

Conversion is used to convert from one unit to another, like from Pieces to Box, from Pieces to Cartoon etc. By putting the Selling rate in the Conversion Master, Gobill Mobile can get the rate while billing.

 

Suppose we purchased a cartoon of Britannia 50-50 and we want to sell that same in cartoon as well as in pieces. So the customer can sell in single pieces as well as give discounted rates for the cartoons.

 

Benefit:

By activating this configuration, in GoBill Mobile also, rates which are set in the conversion master can be fetched.

 

Conversion master selling rate can be applied to conversion applied items based on the below configuration steps: (RetailEasy)

Step 1: Go to Tools > Configuration > Configuration

 

 

 

Step 2: Search with the Key word " Apply Selling Rate ". The settings list will come. Choose the option "Apply Selling Rate from Conversion Master".

 

 

Step 3: Put a tick ✔ in the value field and click on Save to complete the process.

 

Step 4: After enabling the above configuration, incremental sync in the mobile device must be done.

 

*** Note: Check the steps below to create the Conversion Master in the POS.


Step 1: Go to Purchase > Masters > Conversion.

Step 1: Purchase > Masters > Conversion.

 

 

Step 2: Put the Conversion Type name and Select the Item Name from the list and put all the details like Quantity, Att Type, Type & Selling Rate and press F6 to Save.

Note: If the configuration is not enabled the rate will not be taken from the Conversion Master. See the screen shot for your reference.

 

 

Conclusion: If this option is enabled, then selling rate will take based on conversion master for per qty other wise rate will take from batch wise.
