How to create new currency and make export sales bill in ManageEasy

Purpose: Creating a new currency in Gofrugal ManageEasy allows businesses to handle international transactions in the customer's preferred currency. Export sales bills can then be generated accurately with proper currency conversion for seamless global trade.

To create a currency master

  1. Navigate to Master > Currency Master 

  2. Click F3 - New to create a new currency and update the required details as shown in the image below.

  3. Save the currency master by clicking F6 - Save.

 

 

Mapping currency for a customer

  1. Navigate to Master > Customer Master.

  2. Create a customer by clicking F3 - New.

  3. Fill out the required details and select the currency in the customer master as shown in the below image. Make sure the GST Reg is marked "Un-registered" since the customer is from a different country.

 

 

To make an export sales bill

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Sales Bill.

  2. Select the customer for whom you want to make the export bill.

  3. Once customer selection is done, press Ctrl+F3 to change the exchange rate.

  4. In the exchange rate field, note the rate for that currency and click Change Rate.

 

  1. Select the items and save the bill.

  2. In the total value, you can see the currency and the value set based on the customer master.
