DayEnd Process - Log Off
Purpose:
Day-end process is part of a closing operations where at the end of the day all business transactions from the current day have been correctly processed.
Benefits:
A day end process can create more clarity and transparency for a single day business. This process can support strategic initiatives for any store outlet, including revenue growth, customer retention, or a reduction in expenses.
How to configure the DayEnd Process - Log Off?
Step 1: Go to Accounts > GoFrugal AccountsEasy
Step 2: AccountsEasy screen will appear. Go to Settings > Configuration/Settings
Step 3: In Configuration screen, go to Outstanding Report > General Configuration > DayEnd Process Required (Enable the checkbox) > Save.
How to Process the DayEnd - Log Off?
Step 1: Go to Process > DayEnd Process
Step 2: Accounts DayEnd screen will appear. Choose the Date and click DayEnd.
Step 4: DayEnd process done successfully message will appear. Choose Ok.
