Deliver bills:
1. Login to GoDeliver and go to in transit screen.
2. Select the bill that is to be delivered
3. Verify the list of items and click on the Deliver button.
4. The amount to be collected will be displayed, if it's cash or credit bill we don't have to enter the amount, if the bill is a due bill then amount will be displayed and choose the payment type and then click on the submit, so the bill status will be changed to be delivered.
Delivery Using Google Map navigation:
In Godeliver we can deliver the items to the customer easily by navigating using google maps.
The very first when we deliver to a customer, the customer's latitude and longitude will be saved, so the next time when we try to deliver to the same customer we can trace the customer location by clicking on the direction icon which will open the google maps and show us the customer location and best route for delivery.
1.Login to Godeliver and click on Intransit menu.
2. Click on the direction icon for the bill to be delivered.
3. Google maps will be opened and we can see the route of the customer location.
4. Once we reach the customer location close the maps and click on the bill.
5. Verify the items and click on Deliver.
6. The amount will be displayed and choose the payment type and click on submit.
Rescheduling Delivery Bills:
If a bill has been picked up by the delivery boy and if the customer is unavailable then the bill can be Rescheduled and it can be delivered based on the Rescheduled date and time.
1.Login to GoDeliver and go to Intransit menu.
2. Select the delivery bill.
3. Select the items and click on Undelivered.
4. Select Reschedule and click on the date.
5. Select the Date and Time.
6. Select the Reason and click on Submit.
7. Now the Bill will be moved to Rescheduled, select Rescheduled and you will be able to see the Rescheduled bills in it.
Delivering Rescheduled Bills:
1. Login to GoDeliver
2. Open My Deliveries menu
3. Click Rescheduled menu
4. Select the bill.
5. Select the Items and click on Deliver Button.
6. Click on the Submit button so the bill status will get changed to delivered.
Cancel Delivery Bills:
If the customer is unavailable we can cancel the delivery bill.
1. Login to Godeliver and click on In-transit
2. Select the bill.
3. Select the Items(not mandatory) and click on Undelivered.
4. Select Cancel Delivery, select the Reason and click on Submit.
5. The bill will be canceled and we can go to Cancelled menu to view the list of canceled bills.
