Farmer Details – Customer Master
Purpose of Farmer Details
The Farmer Details section in the Customer Master is provided to capture agriculture-specific information when the customer is a farmer or farming-related customer.
This helps businesses manage farmer profiling, targeted sales, subsidy tracking, schemes, and seasonal planning more effectively.
It is mainly used in agri-retail, fertilizer, seed, pesticide, and farm-input businesses.
The "Farmer details" were add on feature , based on the license which will automatically activated the "Farmer details" in "Customer Master" Screen.
Steps to Update Farmer Details
Navigate to Master → Customer
Click Create Customer or open an existing customer for edit
Go to the Farmer Details tab
Enter the required details:
Acres
Crop
Coupon No (if applicable)
Ref Name
Source (select or add new)
Festive Event
Click Save to update the customer record
