How to add Pet Details on Sales Screen?

Pet Details on Sales Screen

 

To maintain record of pets according to the item so that when next time the customer visit we already have the list ready with us.

 

1. Go to Sales->Sales bill->Press Alt+F5 to enter the details of Pet

 

 

 

  1. Click on "Add Pet details" - To add  pet  details

 

 

3. Enter the details like Breed, Type, Color etc for more information an update

 

 

 


 

4.  Once the Sales bill were saved , The pet details added against the customer will be saved.

 

5.To Verify Navigate to "Master" ->Customer ->Edit the customer ->"Pet Details" Tab.

Q1. How to create the Pet type?

1. Go to Masters->Customer->Pet Masters->Pet Type

3. Add the details like the name of the pet type

For eg:- Dog or Cat is a pet type

Choose the status as "Active"

4. Click on Save to add the details.

Purpose: To know the kind of the pet to which or to know the category

Steps to create the breed types

 

1. Navigate to Masters->Customer->Pet Masters->Breed Master

2. Click on Add Breed Master to add the types or create new entries

 

3. Add the details like the name of the breed

Choose the Pet Type i.e. for which Pet type the breed is created

For eg:- Bull dog is a breed type created for Dog 

Choose the status as "Active" and Save.

Q3. What is the purpose of Color Types and how to create Color Type? 

 

Purpose: To map the color of pet to classify them accordingly

For eg:- black german shepherd or a brown Lab

1. Go to Masters->Customer->Pet Masters->Color Master

Step 3. Add the details like the name of the colors

For eg:- Grey or brown etc

Choose the Status as "Active" and Save
