How to configure Live ChatBot integration with the OrderEasy app?

Today's e-commerce consumers expect a faster way of connecting with you to raise a complaint, share a suggestion or inquire about any information that will help in their shopping journey. A chatbot helps you to capture better product suggestions and recommendations and improve the app.  

          ChatBots also allows a form of interaction between yourself and an end-user, which happens via tickets/chats. It will help you to react faster and keep track of your customer queries.  

   

          At present Gofrugal supports two types of ChatBot integrations which are :  

   

                       1. Ticket ChatBot (Default)  

                       2. Live ChatBot (Salesiq)  

        Once you have enabled the (Salesiq) Live Chat bot in the integration portal, you will be able to access it in the Homepage of Ordereasy application.

 

To enable the live chatbot floating icon in the homepage.


Go to Configuration -> App settings -> Enable the "Show chatbot on the home page of app
(Note : Only applicable for salesiq integration)"





This Live chatbot icon can be dragged around and placed anywhere in the homepage.

   

        The end-user can use can also use the " Reach Us " option in your branded app and the status will be shared as push notifications as shown in the below images.


                                                     

Let's see how to configure the Live Chat Bot integration.

 

 2. Live ChatBot :

 

           To allow consumers to engage in a hassle-free conversation with you, Zoho Salesiq is integrated with OrderEasy, where consumers will initiate the chat from the App/PWA. You can even initiate a call, send a voice message and add an attachment from salesiq. The chat transcript is stored and can be viewed for any further references either by consumers or shop owners.

 

To enable the Sales IQ Live chatbot please contact ordereasy-support@gofrugal.com . Once you have enabled the Sales IQ Live chatbot, follow the steps to configure the "Live" Chat Bot integration.

Step: 1

 

        Go to the ChatBot option. Here you will be able to see the platforms that you want to configure. If you don't have a salesiq account click on the signup option as shown below.

 

 

 

Step : 2

                Once you click on the signup option, you need to create a free Zoho account & sign in as shown below. ( Note: The following account will be a free trial )

 

 

Step: 3

                 Once the salesiq account is created, you need to configure the respective platforms (Android/iOS/PWA) in the integration portal. To get the API key & Access key, copy the Bundle ID for the respective platform as shown in the below image. 

 

 

 

Step: 4

              Now go to the Salesiq account and navigate to Settings -> Brands and Click on the list view as shown in the below images.

 

 

 


Step: 6

              Once you click on the ListView with Company details, select Installation & enable the platforms (Android/iOS/PWA or Website) for which the salesiq has to be configured.



 

 

 

 Step: 7

               Once you enable the platforms, click on it and paste the Bundle ID of the respective platform (copied from the Gofrugal integration portal) and click on generate to get the API key and Access key.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Note: For PWA click on the code from the website tab as shown below and paste it into the integration portal.

 

 


  Once the required details are entered, click on "save".

 

 

 

Once the configurations are done your customers can use the support option in your branded app to chat.

 

To receive the chats & responses log in to https://salesiq.zoho.com and click on the "chat" tab to get the chat and customer details. Also when a new chat arrives, desktop notifications will popup whether to pick up or ignore as shown in the below image


 

 You are now able to customize the appearance of Sales IQ Live chatbot in PWA. You will be able to change the size and color of the Sales IQ live chatbot

 

Follow these steps to customize the sales IQ live chatbot

Step 1:
             Go to -> Settings -> Select Brands



Step 2:
             In Brands, select the outlet.



Step 3: 

            Once you select the outlet, Select 'Personalisation



Step 4:
             In 'Pick a color for your chat window' option, you can select the color based on our preference and In "Choose a size for your chat window", you will be able to determine the size of the Chatbot.
