How to configure Paypal integration with OrderEasy app?

With the advent of online payments, customers all over the world have switched to online payment modes from the traditional COD. To enable you to accept online payments seamlessly from customers through your app, we have launched PayPal integration feature in the OrderEasy app.

 

Note: For India users, PayPal only supports international payments. Hence, domestic payments cannot be collected

 

Follow the below steps to start receiving online payments through OrderEasy:


To start using this feature, you will have to create a PayPal business account and integrate with the app to receive online payments.
  1. Merchant Login

    1. Go to Paypal home page and click on signup.

 


 

    1. Click on business account and click next.

 

    1. Complete the form and login to your account. https://www.paypal.com/in/brc/article/sign-up-business-account

 


    1. After logging in click on App Centre > Streamline Operations

 

 


 

    1. Click on API credentials

 

    1. Click on the get started button to get client id and secret.

 

    1. Your API credentials should look like this

    2. Now, log into integration portal. Go to configuration -> Online payment

    3. Select "Paypal" under the drop-down


                        j. Now, enter the client ID, secret key and the currency code (Ex: USD or GBP) and click on Submit. Please note that you should mention only one currency code and that should be same as what you have configured in your PayPal account and with OrderEasy app.
                        k. Once the details are submitted successfully, Go to Configuration -> App settings -> Payment configuration and enable the "Paypal" checkbox
                       

                        l. Now, your customers will be able to find Paypal under Online payment in your OrderEasy app

Note: Availability of a feature depends on the version of your app. Raise a ticket in the integration portal to request for the latest update.
