How to configure & use the Offer Management feature in OrderEasy?

                   An offer refers to a proposal to present something as a part of the sale based on certain terms and conditions. An offer is usually provided by the sellers to the buyers which could be cash discounts (or) cash discount%. This has aimed to delight the buyers and motivate them to buy more. In this way, the seller as well as the buyer get mutually benefited.

 

                 As of now in OrderEasy we support two types of offers which are Bill wise percentage & amount based discount offers. In order to use the offers in OrderEasy, the offers have to be created in respective base products i.e, RetailEasy, ManageEasy, TruePOS, etc. ( Not applicable for centralised offers in HQ )

 

Let us now see how to configure and notify offers in the Integration Portal :

 

Step : 1

 

            Once the offers are created in base products, Login to integration.gofrugal.com with admin credentials. Go to Configuration --> App Settings and enable " Offer Management data sync ".



Step: 2

 

            Once the configuration setup is done, go to Offer Management as shown below.

 

 

NOTE: You can use the " display on app" option to show/hide the offers in the app. Also, you can drag and arrange the list of offers based on this order, offers will be displayed in your app.

Step : 3

 

The details of the offers created can be seen by clicking on the view option.

 

 

It will also allow you to upload banners images & to see a preview of how the created offers will be stimulated on the app as shown below.

 

 

Step: 4

 

      In the view screen, you can even send push notifications to your customer's app by using the "Notify" option. By clicking the notify option you can set a title and description and send the same to either all customers or specific customers by entering their mobile numbers as shown below in the images.

 



 



Step: 5

 

  Once the offers are set up in the portal your customers can view the offers in the " offers" tab in your branded mobile app and the same can be availed in the cart screen.
