How to display and sort categories in the OrderEasy Home screen?

You will now be able to decide what categories should come when your customers open the home screen of OrderEasy application. You will be able to select and arrange the categories based on your preference for improving the sales of those categories. Arranging and sorting these categories based on the consumer's usage will simplify their user experience, which in turns increases your sales of those categories.

 

Here let us see how to display the categories in OrderEasy home screen.

 

Step 1:
             Go to
Masters -> Categories

 

 

Step 2 :

              In the Categories screen, you can enable the categories to be shown in the home screen of OrderEasy application. For that now, select the "Active Categories" column and use toggle icon to enable "Display on App home" option.Now, the enabled categories will be visible in the OrderEasy home screen.

*It is mandatory for the categories to be both "Active" and also enabled "Applies online" in the item master to make them visible in the home screen of OrderEasy application.*


Step 3:
             
You have now enabled the categories to be shown in your OrderEasy home screen. You can now start sorting the categories based on your priority. For that now select "Sorting Categories" column. Use the "icon"    to rearrange the enabled categories by 'dragging and placing' the categories based on your preference.

 

*A maximum of 8 categories can be sorted in the Home screen*

 

Step 4 :

             Once the categories are arranged based on priority, you will be able to choose the layout in which the categories should be arranged. For that now select the "App Display Layout". There are three types of Layout available in the Integration portal. Based on your preference, you can select anyone of the layout and click on "Apply Changes".

 

 


Based on your selection, the categories will be shown to the customers.
