How to Edit a Sales Quotation in RetailEasy On Cloud
Steps to Edit a Sales Quotation
Navigate to Sales → Sales Quotation.
Press F4 or click the Edit button.
A list of quotations eligible for editing will be displayed.
Select the Quotation No, you want to edit.
The quotation screen will display the details of the selected quotation in [Edit] mode.
Make the required changes and click Save to update the quotation.
Step 2 : Select the Quotation no to edit
The Quotation screen displays the details of the selected Quote in [Edit] mode.
Step 3 : Make the changes which you require and click on save to save the changes.
FAQ's
A Particular quotation is showing in View mode but not in Edit mode, Why?
If a Sales quotation is converted into a Sale order or Sale bill, then the quotation will not be available in edit mode. You can check the status of the Sale quotation in Reports -> Sales -> Orders and Quotations -> Quotation summary. In the status column, if the Status is in "Pending", only then is the quotation applicable to be edited.
Is it possible to edit and change the customer name?
Yes it is possible to edit and load any other customer name in sales quotation
Is it possible to edit the selling price of an item in Quotation?
By default, it is not possible. The configuration "Allow rate edit in quotation" should be enabled in business configuration in order to edit rate in sales quotation.
