Receipt Note is created to receive goods directly or against Purchase Order or Goods Inward Note.  RetailEasy on-cloud supports viewing and cancelling Receipt Notes that are created.

Benefits

• Once the Receipt notes are created directly or by loading Purchase Orders or Goods Inward Notes you can cross verify the data by viewing the Receipt Note. You cannot edit a Receipt Note in the View mode 

• You can cancel the Receipt Note if you do not wish to receive the goods for reasons like damage or any discrepancies and once the Receipt Note is cancelled the stock on hand Quantity is Reset

View a Receipt Note

RetailEasy on-cloud supports viewing a Receipt Note that is created

1.Goto Purchase >> Receipt Note

2. Click on F5View

3. The list of created Receipt Notes popup

4. Select the Receipt Note (No. 20) you wish to view and press Enter

5. The selected Receipt Note(No. 20) will appear in the VIEW mode

Cancel a Receipt Note

RetailEasy on-cloud supports canceling a Receipt Note that is created after entering appropriate Remarks.

1. Goto Purchase >> Receipt Note

2. Press Ctrl+F3

3. The created Receipt Note list pops up in the CANCEL mode

4.Select the Receipt Note (No. 20) you wish to cancel and click on Enter

5.The Receipt Note(No. 20) gets displayed in the CANCEL mode

6. Click on F6 Save

7. A dialog box where Remarks need to be filled appears

8. Enter the Cancel Remarks and click on Ok

9.  The Receipt Note (No. 20) gets cancelled

10. If you view Receipt Note No.20 it will appear as cancelled and the stock on hand will    

      be Reset

Thus the Receipt Notes created can be viewed and canceled in RetailEasy on-cloud
