How to set up the Item Conversion Master in HQ
1. From the dashboard, navigate to MDM > Conversion Master > Item Conversion Master.
2. Click Add to add a new conversion master.
3. Enter the desired conversion name in the Conversion name field.
4. Click Add Item to add an item to the list.
5. Select the item from the drop-down list and fill out the Quantity, Attribute Type, and Selling Rate columns appropriately.
*Note: There are 4 types of attribute types, "ALL," "Purchase," "Sales," and "Supply."
*Note: The selling rate we have taken into account is 200.
6. To add more items, click Add Item. When all items are added, click Save to save the master.
How to modify an existing item conversion master
1. Click on the edit icon under the Conversion Update column. The Item Conversion Master page will open.
2. Click Add Item to add new items under the same conversion master.
3. Once you’ve added the item with all its details, click Update to refresh the master.
*Note: To send/share the newly added or updated Item Conversion Master with other outlets, click Send to Outlet or Send All To Selected Outlet.
1. Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Centralized Tools Configuration.
2. Click on the existing group name or click Add to add a new HQ Group.
*Note: The group name will turn into a hyperlink when you hover your mouse over it.
3. To find the keyword "conversion," type it in lowercase letters into the search bar.
4. Select "Apply selling rate from conversion master" from the list.
5. Select the checkbox next to the option and then click Preview.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.
