Outlet Price Master [Supports only for DMS Edition]

Purpose: The Outlet Price Master is used to modify the cost price, selling price, and MRP for a specific time period, applicable only to newly created purchase invoices.

For example, during festival seasons when prices may vary, customers can use the Outlet Price Master screen to update the price details accordingly.

Note: The Outlet Price Master is available only in Distribution.

Prerequisites:  

1. Login TruePOS.

2. Navigate to Tools → Business Configuration → Select Outlet Price Master from the "Load purchase advice rate from" dropdown.

3. Click Save.

Steps to create the outlet price:

1. From main dashboard, Navigate to Master → More → Tools → Outlet Price Master.

2. Click the Add Entry to update a price for a specific item.

3. In the Item tab, you can use the search box to find an item that was already created through migration or from the Item Master screen.

4.Enter the cost price, selling price and MRP for the item in the respective field. Note, the Effect From and Effect To dropdowns are optional fields. If you use those fields, the price will be applied to purchases based on the time periods you select from the Effect From and Effect To dropdowns.

5.Click Next.

6.In the Location tab, select the location for which the price is being applied using the checkboxes and click Save.

7. Now, you can verify the updated price details in the purchase Invoice screen.

Is there a way to update price details for multiple items at once?
Yes, you can update price details for multiple items at the same time by following these steps:

1. Click the Download Sheet button to get the sample template.

2. Update the required price details in the downloaded sheet.

3. Click the Import button and upload the updated sheet.

4. Click Save to apply the changes.

How can you filter items by category in the Outlet Price Master screen?

    1.To filter items quickly, select the Category option and choose the desired category.The items will be listed based on the selected category.

    2.Select a category and click Apply.
