Search Bar, Help & Notifications [HQ]
The search bar in Gofrugal HQ is a versatile tool that simplifies navigation and enhances productivity. It allows users to quickly find modules, features, reports, and master data by typing keywords. This saves time, improves efficiency, and streamlines workflows.
For masters and reports, each screen is assigned a unique ID. For example, the Item Master menu has the ID 13081, while the Sales Bill-Wise Detailed Report is identified by the ID 529. These IDs can be used to search for specific master screens and reports quickly.
Locate the search bar, indicated by a magnifying glass, at the top-right corner of the screen. Typing the report ID or screen name will display all related screens.
Help
GoFrugal HQ Help offers comprehensive help resources, including a community forum, self-help videos, and 24/7 support. These resources empower users to navigate the platform efficiently and resolve issues.
Find the "Help" link situated in the upper right corner to access the help resource page.
Upon clicking the link, https://community.gofrugal.com/portal/en/kb/gofrugal-hq-head-office, you will be directed to the corresponding page.
Notifications
The notification icon within Gofrugal HQ functions as a visual alert that notifies you of critical updates and events on the platform. When new notifications are available, the icon will display a number that reflects the unread notifications. By clicking on the icon, you can access a drop-down menu that presents the most recent notifications. From there, you can select individual notifications to view additional details or take appropriate actions.
To open the notification window, click on the bell icon
situated in the top right-hand corner of the display.
To mark notifications as read, simply click on them, or click Read All or Remove All to perform the desired action.
