What are the Steps to install HQ Branch Server?

HQ Branch Server Installation Guide:
The steps for installing the HQ Branch Server are given below -
  1. The Type of server screen is displayed.



  2. Select the Type of server -
    • Single Store Server - Recommended for only one store with one main computer. It is stand alone solution.
    • HQ-Branch  Server - Recommended for a HQ integrated branch and your computer will act as main computer connected to the GoFrugal HQ edition. It is chain solution.
    • VPN  store server - Recommended for a branch store. Your system need to be connected to the  consolidated data server. This server is available with Enterprise  edition.
  3. Click Next.
  4. The Industry details screen is displayed.



  5. Select respective vertical identical for your business. Click Next.
  6. The Store details screen is displayed.



  7. In the Store details section -
    • In the Business name field, enter the business name.
    • In the Shop Address field, enter the address of shop.
    • In the VAT TIN/GST No field, enter the VAT TIN or GST number.
    • In the CST No field, enter the CST number.
    • In the PIN/ZIP code field, enter the PIN or ZIP number.
    • In the Fin year Begin field, select the financial year beginning month and year.
    • In the Country field, select the country name.
      Note:
      • Click Show more details - to view additional details.
      • Click Hide more details - to hide additional details.
  8. Click Next.
  9. A Default user screen is displayed.



  10. If required, you can change the Default user name and password. Click Next.
  11. The Check list screen is displayed. Click Next.



  12. Please verify the details. Click Next.
  13. A message One time password generated. Please check your mail/SMS is displayed. Click Ok.



  14. The Registration screen is displayed.



  15. In the One time password field, enter the 5 digit password received by SMS or email. Click Next.
  16. The Database Configuration screen is displayed.



  17. After the completion of installation, a message 'GoFrugal License: 2 more days to expire' is displayed.



  18. Click Ok to complete the Installation.
  19. The User Login screen is displayed.



  20. In the User Login section -
    • The Login ID field is a read-only field and auto displays the login ID of user.
    • In the Password field, enter the password.
    • In the Today's Date field, enter the current date in day/month/year format.
    • The Till Name is a read-only field and auto displayed.
