How to set-up GoAlerts with GoDeliver to engage with the consumers through SMS regarding the delivery?
Can we send alerts to the customer for Reschedule, Cancel, Dispatched and Delivered? For Ex: "Your order with 2 items has been delivered by our delivery boy. Thanks for shopping with us."
It is Possible to do so for this it is mandatory to have an alert account and sms pack for that customer
To do so first we have to Login to alert.gofrugal.com and Go to Configuration >> Outlet Configuration as shown below
Step 2 :- Now under features make sure that Godeliver features for Delivery ,reschedule, cancel are enabled as shown below
Step 3 :- Now go to Configuration >> Customer Template as shown below
Step 4 :- Now by clicking on Edit you can also edit the content of SMS as shown below thus Customer will get an SMS once the Bill is Delivered to him
