Centralized Key Settings – Overview  

Centralized Key Settings in Gofrugal HQ allow Head Office (HO) users to configure and control key settings centrally for all outlets or on an outlet-wise basis.

Using this screen, HO can apply different key setting types based on outlet categories. For example:

• Type 1 key settings for Warehouses.

• Type 2 key settings for Company-owned outlets.

• Type 3 key settings for Franchise outlets.

This centralized approach ensures that each outlet operates with the right configuration, as defined by HO, without the need for individual outlet-level setup.

To configure Centralized Key Settings in Gofrugal HQ:

1. Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Centralized Key Settings.

2. Search for the required screen using the keyword, then click on it to open.

3. Double-click the button you want to change, then select the alternate button you want to replace it with.

Note: After applying the changes, the screen will appear updated with the selected button configuration, as shown in the reference screen.

4. Click the Configure Outlets button.

5. Select the required outlets from the list.

6. Click Save & Send to apply and push the configuration to the selected outlets.

7. Click the Save button.

8. Click the OK button.
