Product Version

Product Version [HQ]

The Product Version screen allows you to view the versions of the outlet POS software and HQ.

To check the versions:

  1. Open HQ and navigate to Admin > Product Version.

  1. On this screen, you can view the Outlet ID, Outlet Name, and the current versions of TRAC (AccountsEasy), RPOS7 (RetailEasy), and NT (NetTrade)..

  1. Click the HQ Patch Version button to view the HQ patch details.

 

On this screen, you can view the ID, Version From, Version To, Start Time, and End Time.

These screens help you and the GoFrugal support team identify the software versions running at the outlets and HQ. This information allows them to perform re-installations if necessary.
