Reorder Settings [HQ]
Reorder Settings:
In Gofrugal HQ, the Reorder screen allows you to define minimum and maximum stock levels for outlets, suppliers, and items based on a selected date range and the required minimum and maximum days of stock. You can also apply filters by manufacturer and category. After saving the configuration, the system refreshes the minimum and maximum stock quantities for the selected items and outlets.
The following section explains how to navigate the Reorder Settings screen.
Open HQ and navigate to BPM > Inventory Management > ReOrder Settings.
Select the required outlet from the list.
Select the required supplier name from the list.
Note: You can also use the Manufacturer Name filter, if required.
Select the required From date.
Note: This is considered the From Sales date.
Select the required To date.
Note: This is considered the To Sales date.
Enter the required Min Days Qty.
Note: Min Days Qty refers to the minimum number of days for which stock should be maintained for the items.
Enter the required Max Days Qty.
Note: Max Days Qty refers to the maximum number of days for which stock should be maintained for the items.
Click the Apply button to load the item-wise minimum and maximum quantities.
Note: The Minimum Quantity and Maximum Quantity fields are populated based on the selected filters.
Click the Save button to save the minimum and maximum values.
The following pop-up will be displayed upon completion of the process.
