Reorder Settings for an Item outlet-wise along with formulas:
Indents are made from Outlets to HQ or Warehouse. These Indents are of two types, Manual and auto. When you want to set Manual Indent or Auto Indent for the Reorder, you can set the formula as well for an Item Outlet.
Below are the steps to set Manual Indent or Auto Indent for the Item wise Reorder setup:
Process for Rpos7 HQ Environments:
Step 1: Go to MDM > Item Master Management > Item Master
Step 2: Click on the Edit Button.
Step 3: Select the ReOrder Type as Auto or Manual and the ReOrder Formula you desire.
Step 4: Put the Mix Stock and Max Stock you desire outlet-wise and click on the Save button to apply the settings. There are many other options like Min Days, Max Days, etc which you can apply as per need.
Process for Rpos6 HQ Environments:
Step 1: Go to MDM > Item Master Management > Item Master
Step 2: Click on the Edit Button.
Step 3: Select the ReOrder Type as Auto or Manual and the ReOrder Formula you desire. Notice, for the Rpos6 HQ, there are many other options available compared to the Rpos7 HQ editions.
Step 4: Put the Mix Stock and Max Stock you desire outlet-wise and click on the Save button to apply the settings. There are many other options like Min Days, Max Days, etc which you can apply as per need.
