The Physical Stock Template screen in GOFRUGAL HQ allows users to create predefined templates that can be loaded in the outlet POS for recording physical stock details.

These templates help streamline stock verification by enabling outlets to load a structured list of items and enter the actual counted quantities efficiently.

The following section explains the steps to create and send the physical stock template from HQ to the outlets.

1. Open HQ and navigate to BPM > Inventory Management > Physical Stock Management > Physical Stock Template.

2. Click the Add button.

3. Enter the template name. In this example, CAKES is used.

4. Select the required category and its value from the list.

5. Click the Load Items button. All items under the selected category will be filtered and displayed.

6. Click the + button to add the required items to the left-hand side list.

7. Review the list and, after confirmation, click the Save button.

8. Use the Select All toggle or choose the required outlets or branches, then click the Proceed button to continue.

Note: The following pop-up will be displayed once the process is completed.

The newly created template is displayed on the screen with the updated date and other details. To modify an existing template, click the Edit button.

Add or remove items as required, then click the Save button to complete the edit operation.

The following section explains how physical stock templates function in the outlets.

1. Navigate to Inventory > Physical Stock Updates.

2. Press Ctrl + Shift + F3 – Load Template, then select the required template from the list.

3. After all items are loaded, enter the quantities and click the F6 – Save button.
   Note: Press the Update Stock function key to apply the inventory changes.

4. Click the F9 – Update Stock button, then click Yes to complete the stock update process.
