Contact Master Bulk Update in GOFRUGAL HQ

This document explains how to perform a bulk update on contact information within the Contact Master module of GOFRUGAL HQ. This functionality is beneficial when you need to modify the same details for a large number of contacts simultaneously.

Benefits of Bulk Update:

Saves time and effort compared to manually updating each contact.

Ensures consistency in data across multiple contacts.

Minimizes the risk of errors during individual updates.

 

Steps for Bulk Update:

Step 1: Click on MDM > Contact Master Management > Contact Master Bulk Update

Step 2: Select Customer/Supplier/Manufacturer from the list and click on the Proceed button.

Step 3: Search contacts with different filters available.

Step 4: Click on the Columns button to bring up the Choose Column window.

Step 5: Enable or Disable the desired options from the list.

Step 6: Click on the "Proceed" button to save or click on the "Reset" button to reset the changes.

Step 7: Now locate the columns you want and start putting the inputs.

Note: You can select the pre-defined values from the list, and even you can copy and past the options.
