Zone Master [HQ]

Gofrugal HQ's Zone Master feature helps businesses manage geographical areas for efficient delivery and operations. It allows defining zones based on outlet locations. This leads to improved delivery efficiency, better customer service, streamlined operations, and data-driven decision-making.

Process to create the Zone Master in HQ:

  1. Navigate to MDM > Contact Master Management > Zone Master.

  1. Click the Add button to add a new zone master.

  1. Press the Enter key and select the desired outlet name.

  1. Add the Zone Name and Description, and keep the Status as Active.

  2. Click the Save button to create the zone master.

  1. Click Send to Outlet to send the zone master to all the outlets.

Note: The Zone Master is specially used in the Street Master. Check the below screenshot for your reference.

This menu is available only in HQ Restaurant.
