Crate Master [HQ]

The goal is to track inventory effectively and oversee the movement of crates to both suppliers and customers. This system will allow for complete management of crate stock, including available quantities, received items, and any pending crates that are yet to arrive.

In a practical situation, imagine a supermarket where a customer requests home delivery for several items. We typically send these items in crates, so it's important for us to keep track of the crate inventory. This includes monitoring how many crates are assigned to each customer or supplier and noting when they are returned.

    You will have visibility into the count of issued and received crates, along with their status.  

     
    Tracking the movement of crates to suppliers or customers will be possible.  

     
    Automatic management of crates will be prompted during sales, delivery notes, purchase orders, and receipt notes.

 

Let's explore how to set up Crate Master in HQ:

  1. Navigate to MDM > Crate Master.

  1. To add a new record, click the + button or the blue add to cart button.

  1. Enter the new name and press the Enter key.

  1. Click the Save button.

To check if the master has been created, take charge of any outlet then launch the NetTrade software.

Download and receive the master within NetTrade.

  1. Launch the POS and navigate to Sales > Masters > Crates > Crate Master.

  1. Click the F5 View button to view all the created crate masters in the list.
