Tax Registration Master [HQ]
You can create your GST Registration information here. A unique 15digit GST number, along with the GST Registration Name provided by GSTIN, can be used to create a Registration Master. The created GST number will be mapped to the Outlet Info during outlet creation or modification, and it will be effective for all types of transactions, including tax filing.
To create a new GST Registration:
Navigate to MDM > Tax Master Management > Tax Registration Master.
Click the Add button. A new screen will open to fill in the required GST information:
Tax Registration Number: This is your unique 15digit GST number provided by GSTIN after registration.
Company Name: This is the name you provided to register for GST on GSTIN.
Address Info: This should be the same address provided in GSTIN when creating your GST number.
City: This should be the same city included in GSTIN when creating your GST number.
Phone Number: This should be the same phone number provided in GSTIN when creating your GST number.
Click the Save button. A message will appear stating, "Tax Registration Number is saved successfully."
Note: This process is typically a one-time requirement. If any changes occur in your GST information (excluding the GST number), you can modify those details. However, if you need to change your GST number, you must create a new one and map it to the relevant outlet info.
