If the Franchise Invoice is not appearing in PI Advice, kindly verify the following points:

For a Franchise Invoice to appear in PI Advice, the transaction should follow either of the below processes:
Note: If the process followed is Direct Sales Order → Convert to Sales, the invoice will not be available for loading in PI Advice.
2.Why are Global customers not visible in Customer Master for Franchise users, but still visible in the Sales screen?
Ans :When the configuration “Show Global Customer/Customer Category for Franchise” is disabled, Franchise users are restricted from creating “Global” branch customers and can create customers only for their respective franchise location.
However, Global customers created by the Head Office will still be visible across all locations, including Branch and Franchise locations, for transaction purposes.
In the Customer Master, these Global customers will not be displayed for Franchise users because they are not allowed to modify Head Office-created customers. This is expected system behavior.
Even though the customers are hidden in Customer Master, they will continue to appear in the Sales screen so that transactions can be carried out without restriction.
