Selective Item Loading from Sales Order using "Show SO Preview" Configuration

The "Show SO Preview" configuration enables users to selectively load items from a chosen Sales Order into the Sales Bill and Delivery Note screens. When this configuration is enabled, the system displays a preview of Sales Order items, allowing users to review and select only the required items before loading them into the transaction grid.

This enhancement improves flexibility and accuracy, especially in scenarios involving partial billing or delivery.

The purpose of this feature is to:

  • Allow users to review Sales Order items before loading them into a transaction.
  • Enable selective loading of required items instead of automatically loading all items.
  • Support partial billing and delivery processes.
  • Reduce errors caused by unnecessary item loading.

4. Click Load SO.

6. If the "Show SO Preview" configuration is enabled, the system will display a preview window containing the list of items from the selected Sales Order.

7. Review the items displayed in the preview window.

  • Select the checkbox against the item.
  • Click the Save button.
  • The selected items will be loaded into the transaction grid.

8. Review the items displayed in Sales bill screen and click Save button.
