How to Surrender GOFRUGAL's licence?

RPOS6.5 Surrender Process
The steps for surrendering  the product is given below:
  1. Click Help > About. The About GoFrugal RPOS 6.5 screen is displayed.



  2. Click Surrender License.



  3. A confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes.
    Note: If you want to skip the operation, click No.
  4. The User Password Screen is displayed.


    • In the User Password field, enter the correct password.

  5. Click Submit.
  6. The GoFrugal RPOS6.5 Database Backup screen is displayed.



  7. The backup process will be initiated.
  8. After completion of backup, you will be directed to the web page of Surrender your product license screen.
    • Select Choose Your Product.
    • Select Choose Your Valid Email Address.
    • Click Surrender License.
  9. A message 'Do you wish to surrender your license?' is displayed.



  10. Click Ok.
  11. A message 'A confirmation mail has been sent to your email. Please check your mail to proceed further' is displayed.



    Note: A confirmation mail is sent to your mail, on confirming the mail, the surrender process will be completed.
