Meta Developer Account and Setup Page

To start using the WhatsApp Business Management API, you must first register as a Meta Developer. Follow the steps provided below to get set up.

How to set up a Developers account  

  1. Go to the Facebook Developers Login page.

  2. Click Sign Up if you don’t have an account.

  3. Register as a Meta Developer by following the on-screen steps.

 

4. To create a Facebook page for your business, fill out the required information on the registration page. Use accurate details such as your website, contact number, and address. Please ensure the address matches the one registered with your GST.

  1. Click on Create New Page.

  1. Enter the page name and category details.

 

Enable two-factor authentication  

  1. Log in to Facebook using your Meta Developer account.

  2. Go to Settings > Security and login.

 

  1. Scroll to Two-factor authentication and click Edit next to the option that reads, "Use two-factor authentication."

 

  1. Choose a method (SMS or app) and complete the setup.
